1. Training Programs Refund Policy

Refund Period: 7 days from the date of enrollment

Conditions:

  • Less than 20% of course content accessed
  • No certificates downloaded
  • Request submitted within 7 days of enrollment

Processing Time: 7-10 business days after approval

2. Development Services Refund Policy

Web Development & Mobile Apps:

  • 50% refund if project cancelled before development starts
  • 25% refund if cancelled after initial design approval
  • No refund after 50% project completion

Processing Time: 10-15 business days

3. Digital Marketing Services

Monthly Packages:

  • Pro-rated refund for unused portion if cancelled mid-month
  • Minimum 48-hour notice required for cancellation

Processing Time: 5-7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed training programs (100% content accessed)
  • Downloaded certificates and course materials
  • Custom development work delivered and approved
  • Domain registration and hosting fees
  • Third-party service fees

5. Refund Process

How to Request:

  2. Include order number and reason for refund
  3. Provide supporting documentation if applicable

Processing Timeline:

  • Request acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
  • Review and approval: 2-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-15 business days (depending on service type)

6. Payment Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Bank transfer refunds may take additional 2-3 business days.
